Processing Time
- We try to process all orders within 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays (unless a pre-order is included).
- Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. If you have both in-stock and pre-order items in your order, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-order items are ready. For any questions regarding pre-orders, please reach out to warehouse@essential-merch.com.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Domestic Shipping (UK)
- We ship within the UK. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 10 business days after the order has been processed.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times typically range from 2-3 weeks depending on the destination.
Order Tracking
- As of 1st January 2025, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive for timely delivery, please allow extra time during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or customs delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
